She is passionate about ensuring the Foundation maximises its impact and creates meaningful, lasting change for communities across Greater Manchester.

She specialises in building strong client and brand partner relationships, delivering strategic property and asset management solutions and driving best-in-class service across retail portfolios.

Lee Jenkins is Compliance and Energy Manager at Trafford Centre. With experience in both the Public and Private Sector, Lee brings to the Trustee role a focus on contract management, development of strategic partnerships, and dispassionate adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Sarah Hindley is an experienced Environmental Services Team Leader with over 13 years of leadership experience at Trafford Centre, where she manages a team of more than 70 colleagues and helps maintain the highest standards of service, safety, and customer experience.

Passionate about people development, community engagement, and operational excellence, Sarah has built a reputation for leading high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders, and fostering positive relationships across the business.

As a Trafford Trustee and Mental Health First Aider, she is committed to supporting local communities and creating inclusive, supportive environments. Sarah’s extensive operational experience, strong leadership skills, and genuine dedication to making a positive difference make her an outstanding representative for our business and the Trafford Centre Foundation.

As Chief Commercial Officer at Trafford & Stockport College Group, she is committed to transforming lives through learning and creating opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds.
